We are very happy to host 1 Star Michelin Chef Paolo Cappuccio for our third Gastronomic event of 2024, "L'Argento Stellato".

The event created by Chef Paolo Cappuccio together with our Chef Michael Nicora will be held on Thursday, 18th July 2024 at 8.30/8.45pm at Park Hotel Argento in Levanto (SP).

Chef Cappuccio is a fervent supporter of Mediterranean cuisine, which he considers sincere and simple, but never banal. His ability to combine traditional ingredients with modern techniques is evident in every dish he creates. Chef Cappuccio's career is full of successes and awards. After working in some of the most prestigious Italian and French restaurants, in 2009 he received the coveted Michelin star, an honor that confirmed his status as a starred chef. This recognition was not only a personal achievement, but also a symbol of his commitment to culinary excellence.
