We are very happy to host 1 Star Michelin Chef Mauro Elli for our fourth Gastronomic event of 2024, "L'Argento Stellato".

The event created by Chef Mauro Elli together with our Chef Michael Nicora will be held on Friday, 2nd August 2024 at 8.30/8.45pm at Park Hotel Argento in Levanto (SP).

Of Lombard origins, Mauro Elli graduated from the Professional Hotel Training Center in Clusone, in the province of Bergamo. The first experience was on Scottish soil, in a small Italian restaurant where Mauro continued his training for four years. Having returned to Italy with an excellent knowledge of foreign languages, primarily English and French, he practices his profession in the most luxurious hotels on the Ligurian Riviera, including the Splendido in Portofino, and in Switzerland, particularly in the St. Moritz area, thus alternating the summer and winter seasons.

Finally, thanks to the experiences gained, in August 2003, the decision to open his own restaurant in which to be Chef-patron, in Albavilla, in the heart of Alta Brianza, a few steps from Lake Como. And it is here that in 2007 he received the prestigious recognition that consecrated him as a successful chef on a global level: the Michelin star, which he still retains today. The lifelong passion for cooking also translates into teaching today.
